ooo Xavion Freyr S. Zobel is the first born of Honorable Vanderbilt Zobel, Congressman of the province of Velmora in the Philippines, and Madam Flordeliza Soledad Zobel, owner of the world's oldest and continuously operating restaurant garrisoned in Spain.
ooo Free from challenges on means as he relished privileged upbringing, Xavion Freyr finished his secondary education at Madrid before he had his first independent life decision of earning a degree in his homeland.
ooo The young Zobel is constantly coaxed by his father to serve Velmora and be a successor of their clan’s decade-running governance yet Xavion Freyr could not be invited on the same table given that he has different forte leaning to his mother’s liking.
ooo Despite the constant cajoling of the Congressman for Xavion Freyr to be the next in line in public service and infinite rejection from his heir, he isn’t less of a father for the young Zobel; underpinning most of his first son’s decision and walk of life.
ooo With unfettered freedom, Xavion Freyr journeyed f&b and already reached a smooth path with his 5 year old café named Z. which stands for his surname, reminding himself that he is not that Zobel but he is still a Zobel.

☕︎ Regardless of the daily reminder to enter politics from the good Congressman of Velmora, his dad, Xavion chose the same place close to his family to build a business.
